SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Options
a) Standard Shipping / Courier
The Company will appoint a logistics provider for all deliveries. At this time, self-pick-up is not available.
b) Express / Same Day Shipping
The Company does not currently offer express or same-day delivery. All orders are processed at our HQ before being dispatched.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and package weight.
3. International Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees. If such fees are unpaid and your order is returned or abandoned, no refund shall be provided. The amount may vary depending on the country of destination, and you will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. The Company cannot control and is not responsible for any duties applied to your package. You should contact your local customs office for the fee calculations.
Please note that the above fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges at checkout.
4. Delivery Times
a) Peninsular Malaysia: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
b) East Malaysia: 4-8 business days after dispatch.
c) International: Orders are typically dispatched within 7 business days, subject to stock availability, and delivery times may vary depending on the courier services and the destination country.
d) Preorders: If the stock is unavailable, your order will be processed as a preorder after completion of the preorder form.
Preorder fulfilment requires approximately five to eight weeks on average, depending on the production schedule and fulfilment locations. Customers will be notified of any expected long delays.
Delivery times above are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.
e) Rest Days and Public Holiday
Please note that we do not ship orders during public holidays and rest days. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next available business day.
5. Risk of Loss or Damage
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handover to the logistic provider for shipment.
The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs once the parcel has been handed over to the logistic provider.

6. Failed Delivery and Returns to Sender
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed collection, or refusal to pay duties, it may be returned to us. We may reship the order at your cost.
7. Changes To Our Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to amend or make any changes to this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice and at our sole discretion. Consequently, if you continue to use the service, you will be bound by the updated terms and conditions of the Shipping Policy. If you do not agree to this or any updated terms or conditions of the Shipping Policy, please refrain from using our service.
