RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are not allowed, except in rare cases where the item received is defective or mistakenly delivered by the Company, provided the items are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories intact.

All accessories, such as brooches and jewellery, cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons.

Pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

2. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. To obtain a replacement for a defective or mistakenly delivered item, please return the original for a refund in line with the terms of this Policy, and place a new order.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at havaragroupmy@gmail.com within 5 working days from the arrival of the package with your order number, item(s) details, photo of item(s) and reason(s) for the return. We will provide instructions and a Return Authorisation. Items returned without such authorisation will be refused.

We reserve the right to reject any returns and/or requests for refund at our sole discretion. Late returns and/or refund requests received will not be entertained, and the decision made by the Company is final.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns of Faulty / Incorrect Items

Subject to the terms of the eligibility of returns and refunds, the return shipping costs will be borne by the Company.

5. Refunds

Once returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, LESS the original shipping costs, administrative fees and any unrecoverable duties/taxes. 

6. Changes To Our Return and Refund Policy

We reserve the right to amend or make any changes to this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice and at our sole discretion. Consequently, if you continue to use the service, you will be bound by the updated terms and conditions of the Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree to this or any updated terms or conditions of the Return & Refund Policy, please refrain from using our service.
